Pear Wood and Walnut Happy/Sad Upgrade Bottle Stopper – George

George is made in Pear Wood and coated in seven coats of lacquer and three coats of yacht varnish for his American Black Walnut eyes. With his happy one side, sad the other bottle stopper head he can let you know how he’s feeling in an instant.

The cork is made from the Portuguese Cork tree. The harvesting of the bark, taking seven years to grow is very carefully managed to ensure that this environmentally sustainable process is as low impact as possible.

Whilst very durable all Happy/Sads and Happy/Sad Upgrades prefer to be wiped clean and really do not like to go through the dishwasher.
