The body of this wall-mounted apple sculpture is crafted from Burr Elm from Aberdeenshire and has had the burr selectively covered with 24-carat gold leaf. The stalk is made from 5,000-year-old Bog Oak from the Cambridgeshire Fens and the leaf is in Cankered Ash from Worcestershire.
The sculpture is mounted on a solid base made from slate sourced from the Horseshoe Pass, Denbighshire, north-east Wales.
